Jack Jablonski Fund

Hockey fans around the State of Hockey and North America have been deeply saddened by the tragic events surrounding Jack Jablonski, a sophomore at Benilde-St. Margaret’s high school in Minnesota, who was paralyzed during a junior varsity hockey game over the weekend.

A fund has been set up to support Jablonski and contributions can be sent to:

Jack Jablonski Fund, Wells Fargo Bank, 8200 Golden Valley Road, Golden Valley, MN 55427.

Or, go to any Wells Fargo branch – fill out a deposit form – and tell the bank teller the deposit is intended for the Jack Jablonski Fund.

On Wednesday, his family wrote that the 16-year-old, known as “Jabby,” had suffered a severed spinal cord and “will not be able to walk or skate.”
