Wild Hosts Vancouver; No Morning Skate

Getting in late last night after a 2-1 shootout victory in Nashville against the Predators, the Wild did not have a morning skate before hosting the Vancouver Canucks tonight at Xcel Energy Center. That means we won’t know Minnesota’s lineup or its starting goaltender as the club skates for the lead in the Northwest Division.

The Wild trails the Canucks by two points in the Northwest but owns more wins, which would put them on top of the division with a victory tonight. Vancouver has taken the first two games of the season series, a 4-1 win at Xcel Energy Center on Feb. 7 and a 2-1 win on Feb. 12 in B.C.

Wild Head Coach Mike Yeo will be available to the media at around 5 p.m. today, so the Lighthouse will give you an update shortly after that and WildTV will have video of the scrum.
